Our Staple Fiber Production Process
1.PTA and EG.raw materialfor polyester, are suppliedand loaded into eachstorage space.
2.Polymers: A polycondensation reactorcauses a chemical reactionwhich furns EG and PTAinto PET Resin
3. (Direct) spinning: After PTA and EG transform into apolymier throuzh polymerization. itis moved into a spinning profess- rather than a resin manufacturingprocess- where it is spun.
4.Spinning: Polvester staple fibers in theform of string is made bymelting resin with heat andpushing them heat andpushing then through nozzleholes with pressure.
5.Drawing: Rallers are used to pall stapleGibers and streteh them to longsizes. Various processes suehas crimping are used toenhance the properties ofbulkiness. svlishncss. etc.
6.Cutting: Staple fibers that are wet withwater and ehemicals are driedwith a dryer and cut into regularlenzths to be made into cottonform.
7. Packing: They are package in setquantities and shipped.
